We recommend at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability. For larger post-construction cleans, we suggest contacting us earlier. For urgent cases, we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. All equipment and cleaning products are provided by our team. We use effective products suited to different surface types. If you have specific preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance.

We accept bank transfer, cash payment and the main payment methods available in Angola. Details are arranged at the time of scheduling.

It is not required. Many of our clients prefer to be out during the service and return to a clean space. Access to the home can be arranged in advance. If you prefer to be present, you are also welcome.

Duration depends on the space size and clean type. A maintenance clean of a 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 2–3 hours. A deeper clean may take 4–6 hours. We always provide an estimate when accepting the request.

Yes. Move-in or move-out cleaning is one of our most requested services. We carry out a full clean of the property, including inside furniture and appliances, to hand over or take possession of the home in the best condition.

It depends on your lifestyle and space size. For most families, we recommend bi-weekly cleaning. For larger homes or houses with children and pets, weekly cleaning is suggested. We also offer monthly plans for light maintenance.

Yes. For offices, shops and other commercial spaces, we prefer to work before or after business hours to avoid disrupting your team or clients. The schedule is defined according to your needs.

Yes. We establish service contracts with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly frequency, with special terms for regular clients. The contract defines the scope, frequency, schedule and agreed value.

Yes. We have experience in cleaning food service spaces, including industrial kitchens, service areas and dining rooms. The service is adapted to the sector's hygiene requirements.

We have capacity to serve spaces of any size, from small offices to large commercial and industrial facilities. For large projects, we assemble a team sized to the workload.

Drying time varies depending on fabric type and ventilation conditions. Generally, 2–4 hours for sofas and armchairs, and up to 6–8 hours for mattresses. We recommend good ventilation after the service.

Yes. We use tested products safe for domestic use, which present no risk to children or pets after the fabric is fully dry. We always inform you about any specific post-service care.

Most stains can be removed or significantly reduced with our specialist treatments. However, very old stains, paint or certain chemical stains may be permanent. We always give an honest assessment before starting the service.

After the post-construction clean is complete, the space is generally ready for immediate occupation. In cases involving specific floor polishing products or surface treatments, a few hours may be needed. We always indicate the recommended waiting time.
